Flir BCam Thermal Imaging Camera

Price - £XX.XX per week

Infra-red thermography is a valuable technique for assessing the surface temperatures of building materials and the overall thermal performance of buildings. The ability to see temperature variations through the fabric of a building provides a deeper insight when problem solving or carrying out routine predictive maintenance inspections, which can be extremely useful when detecting areas for water damage.

The Flir BCam SD Thermal Imaging Camera allows you to measure the temperature of any object you are looking at in a non-contact mode. A crosshair in the middle of the thermal image allows you to measure and analyse the temperature at a single point. You're also able to highlight the entire faulty area with a colour alarm. Detect the most diverse building problems instantaneously by seeing them on a thermal image.

Applications Include, flood restoration, mould remediation, water damage inspections, temperature assessment and evaluation, damp and condensation inspections, water / moisture damage, leaking flat roofs, air leakage, heat loss, radiator / heating problems, under-floor heating problems, predictive / preventative maintenance.
