Our surveyors hold the (CSRT) qualification which is a Nationally recognised professional qualification within the remedial industry awarded by our leading body the PCA Property Care Association. This qualification proves extensive knowledge and experience of diagnosis and specification of works for dampness, timber preservation and competence for relevant health, safety and legal legislation.
Formed as the GPT (Guarantee Protection Trust) in 1983, Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd (GPI) provides insurance cover which is only offered by specialist approved contractors who are selected to offer insured guarantees.
Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd (GPI) offer insurance certificates for a period of 10 years* starting from the date work was carried out. Unlike others this insurance policies, GPI cover relates to the property rather than the owner, so if you decide to sell your property the cover is automatically transferred free of charge to the new owners. The insurance comes into force if your contractor is no longer trading and covers his liability to you (subject to GPI terms and conditions).
If your contractor goes out of business GPI will provide another PCA contractor in his place to rectify any problems under the guarantee, free of charge.
The GPI is a Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulated company.

TrustMark is a government endorsed scheme designed to help property owners find reliable and trustworthy trades people to make home improvements.
The trust mark stamp of quality operates within a framework under which scheme operators who work in the RMI (repair, maintenance and improvement) sector, including trade associations, local government, and independent scheme operators, such as our PCA. These schemes are approved to carry the TrustMark logo and recruit reputable and trustworthy tradesmen to promote and improve the repair and maintenance sector standards. All of these scheme operators are audited annually by TrustMark, to ensure processes, standards and complaint procedures are being maintained.
