C.S.R.T. Qualified Surveyors - Certified Surveyors in Remedial Treatment.
Our surveyors hold the (CSRT) qualification which is a Nationally recognised professional qualification within the remedial industry awarded by our leading body the PCA Property Care Association. This qualification proves extensive knowledge and experience of diagnosis and specification of works for dampness, timber preservation and competence for relevant health, safety and legal legislation.
As a professional Property Care Association Approved Company we are also able to offer our clients insured guarantees for all of our specialist work. This ensures that if our company were to regrettably cease trading your guarantee would continue to provide protection for the work undertaken by ourselves.
Our insured guarantees are provided through QANW. We believe in offering real protection for consumers and offering them confidence to choose the right installer for their home improvement investment.
Our insured guarantees are provided for a small additional one-off fee and are specific to the property treated, so there is no need to reassign the guarantee for subsequent owners.
Insured guarantees can be provided for up to 10 years for specialist timber treatments, damp repairs, cavity wall tie replacement and structural repair work.
When comparing QANW members with other contractors you will note that they are easy to talk to, they don’t use jargon and make DPI and IBGs easy to understand. They are subject matter experts and they have a knowledgeable, helpful team that are here to help our members offer the best consumer protection for home improvements.
