Our primary intention to resolving your cavity wall tie problem is first through correct diagnosis following which our surveyors will specify the safest and most effective method of repair for your circumstance.
Dryfix use an array of different repair methods and techniques for installing replacement wall ties and preventing damage from existing ties. Our surveyors will specify the most appropriate method of repair based on BRE guidance and your individual circumstances.
After installing new remedial wall ties, we test our ties using specialist tensile pull out rigs and provide digital photographic evidence of our proof testing regime.
Our repairs are only carried out by our own team of employed, experienced tradesmen and qualified remedial technicians who have been apprentice trained and independently accredited by the Property Care Association.
